The boat rental staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rental process was easy. The location was difficult to find because it’s not in Agay port, it’s close but in a different entrance. Life jackets and snorkeling supplies were all available, which was great! I was surprised when we arrived because the pictures of the boats are not accurate. I didn’t see any of the boats shown in the photos on site. The boats on site were nice, but unfortunately I specifically booked our excursion based on the photos. We had my husband’s elderly parents come on board, and they were uncomfortable for our trip. There were no bucket seats or benches for them to be comfortable. All in all, we loved our day on the water. I would just be aware that if you are looking for comfortable/bucket seating for kids or elderly, this isn’t the place.
Everything went really well. We just didn't realize that the boats were on the river and not in the harbor. But we found the mooring. Getting in via the ladder after snorkeling was quite difficult and there are sharp edges in some places. But apart from that, we had a very friendly welcome, good instructions and a great trip to the snorkeling area.
Everything went very well. Booking, communication, address and instructions were also very good. The boat is functional and easy to navigate. The ladder at the back for access from the water is quite narrow and hardly usable for older people, but children can get back on the boat with help.
