I had a stroke a few days before the rental. Despite emailing the owner to cancel, he collected the remaining balance. The gentleman wasn't cool at all...

We rented a boat for an afternoon with the girls for a bachelorette party. The weather conditions were not perfect (swell, wind), Jean Baptiste offered us another more comfortable semi-rigid boat, at the same price. Very good communication. We had a great time with JB, and we will book with him again on our next visit to the area!
