Hello, I am offering my superb Beneteau Oceanis 35.1 for rent, available from Saint-Raphaël. A security deposit of €3,000.00 by check is required upon rental. It is a 10.5-meter sailboat with a 29hp engine. The boat was built in March 2018. It can accommodate up to 8 people in total, ideally 6, but for bareboat charters, it is limited to a maximum of 4 passengers. Please note that it is pointless to request a bareboat charter for more than 4 passengers. The boat is rarely rented. I reserve 2 weeks for renters I already know and who use it every year, and it remains available for 1 to 2 weeks for new renters. I reserve the rest of the time for personal use. It is the ideal boat for a day trip, for pleasure cruising and exploring the area around Saint-Raphaël. You'll be 15 minutes from Île d'Or (Cap Dramont) with its incredibly turquoise waters. It's a 45-minute sail from the Lérins Islands, Cannes, Nice, and Saint-Tropez, 4 hours from Port Cros, and 5 hours from Porquerolles. The "Albatros" cleaning company, specializing in marine vessels, will thoroughly clean and disinfect the boat before each rental. This Oceanis 35.1 is very well-equipped for sailing; everything is designed to make your daily life easier. It features: - A bow thruster to assist with harbor maneuvers and anchoring. - A state-of-the-art autopilot and GPS (Zeus 3 with current subscription). - Two radios (one fixed in the saloon, the other portable and waterproof on deck). - A sonar to locate, among other things, hazards around the vessel. - USB and 220V outlets in every room of the boat (only one 220V outlet works at sea). It's a very comfortable and safe boat. It's available for charter because it allows me to maintain and improve it. I reinvest in this every year. In 2026: 1. Bimini replacement in January 2026 2. Engine service in March (date to be determined) 3. Service battery replacement (January 2026) 4. Toilet pump replacement 5. Complete mainsail overhaul. 6. Installation of a panoramic camera on the mast, compatible with the chartplotter, allowing for monitoring the boat's surroundings from the saloon. (February) 7. Mast and boom overhaul, antenna reattached to the top of the mast. (February) 8. Reversible air conditioning overhaul 9. Electric bilge pump replacement 10. Bow thruster motor replacement 11. TV replacement to take advantage of the latest technologies (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Canal+, Prime, and Netflix, among others) In 2025: 1. Installation of reversible air conditioning. 2. Hull maintenance completed at the end of March. 3. Engine overhaul completed at the end of March. 4. Depth probe replacement. 5. Electric winch button replacement. 6. Lazy bag replacement In 2024: 1. New Bimini (July 2024) 2. New bow thruster (June 2024) 3. New genoa 4. Furling system replacement 5. Antifouling 6. Complete gelcoat refinishing (repairing all minor dents) and polishing 7. Engine service completed 8. Battery replacement In 2023: 1. New sprayhood (October 28, 2023) 2. Antifouling (April 2, 2023) 3. Engine service 4. Custom cockpit cushions in Serge Ferrari imitation leather 5. New Bimini (February 2023) 6. Asymmetric spinnaker (additional rental fee of €700/week) on CX15 furler, Technifurl 60 sail m2. In 2022: Protection for: 1. Saloon sofa (faux leather) 2. Full winter cover protecting the cockpit 3. Engine service 4. Hull cleaning (Completed on April 21, 2022, the boat's anniversary) 5. Sail inspection In 2021, the work included: - Teak saloon steps replacing the current PVC ones, which are slippery. - Saloon teak completely resurfaced (like new). - All woodwork, even slightly damaged, completely repaired or replaced. - Manual toilets converted to electric. - Engine battery replacement - House battery replacement Rates do not include fuel and provisions. A very successful stay on a beautiful boat, extremely well maintained, and that sails well! Very comfortable, both inside and out. The owner and his wife are very welcoming. Patrice helped us with the boat upon arrival and was available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. In short, chartering the La Mi Fa is highly recommended!
A great experience with a superb boat and PATRICE very accommodating and with very practical and explicit videos. The air conditioning is a plus. (Be careful, however, with the dinghy engine during maneuvers in certain ports which can end up right at the threshold of the pontoons. Also remember to secure it so that it doesn't come loose.) In any case, a perfect rental and thanks to PATRICE and LA MIFA.
We just spent 4 unforgettable days discovering sailing. During the first 2 days, Patrice familiarized us with all the maneuvers, to let us go on our own for the rest of our stay. A passionate, smiling person, with a gift for teaching, he gave us confidence from the very beginning. His modern boat is very well equipped, is perfectly navigable with a reduced crew.

Thanks again to Patrice for offering us his magnificent Oceanis 34. The boat is very clean and particularly well equipped. Easy to maneuver even with a reduced crew (we were two) even if the sea conditions were very favorable. The geographical location is perfect. We were able to go on the first day to enjoy the turquoise waters of Cap Taillat, then anchor at the Lérins Islands. The port is very clean and the location ideal. The handling is very simple, the boat perfectly maintained, so no bad surprises. In short, a dream stay. I would gladly rent La Mi Fa again.

Extraordinary experience; We had booked this superb sailboat with modest sailing experience. I had made it clear to Patrice, and I had asked to spend a day with him to refresh my memory and take control of the boat as best as possible before staying alone for the next 4 days. Patrice and Sylvie gave us an extraordinary welcome. Simple, pedagogical, passionate, confident, smiling, we had a great day, full of teaching and sharing, allowing us to have new bases for the rest of the stay. There were only 2 of us to enjoy the comfort of this sailboat and for our first long experience we could not ask for better. The boat is very well maintained, comfortable and pleasant to navigate. Patrice provides you with a clean, comfortable and well-equipped boat with good living spaces which makes life on board particularly pleasant for a 35-footer. We sailed at 20-30 knots and the boat was pleasant and safe at the helm. The maneuvers in port are a bit tricky because of the double rudders but Patrice had briefed us on it. I therefore recommend this rental and as I said to Patrice, we will be back!
Great day in the presence of an extraordinary skipper and his wife. Patrice is a sensational educator and a wonderful cook. He is very professional because upon boarding he gives his passengers a safety report and then adapts to each person's needs. Having obtained the offshore license ... But without enough sailing experience on sailboats over 10 m, Patrice let me maneuver in and out of his sailboat from the port and then steer during the day. All this under his benevolent gaze. A very beautiful sailing experience for me and also a lot of pleasure for my wife and my daughter-in-law who were able to appreciate the joys of navigation and discover the coast of the Esterel massif from the sea.
Patrice is a trustworthy person, concerned about his beautiful boat, honest and fair with us before, during and after the rental week. We had a great time on "La Mifa", very nice to sail, very recent.
