The worst experience of our entire trip! I would not recommend using this company. So rude, I was completely taken a back. The awning fell on my head, the owner Rita’s response we was ‘ it see A strange’. It was so bad we did go the following day, with my head injury & no sun cover it was a big mistake booking through this company. Never again! They don’t speak English and this was used conveniently when there was issues. They were very late to arrive, so we didn’t get away until 1.25 for a boat booked from 9am-6pm. Felt unsafe in boat, with oil light on red.

Boat was amazing experience. Didn’t have to wait in any lines. I def recommend to anyone traveling to Capri or surrounding areas
Rita was a lovely person to deal with. The previous guests had lost all their snorkelling equipment the day before. As snorkelling was important to us, Rita agreed to reimburse us if we purchased our own snorkelling goggles and left them on the boat. She was lovely. However, the boat had a broken ladder and broken skipper seat. The poor skipper actually fell backwards when he lent on it! The portal for music was also not working so we couldn’t play music. The boat was small and motor was not very strong and the sea was choppy, so it was an unpleasant day out. We ended up cutting the day the short. Apparently the seas are always rough around Capri… maybe better off going on larger boat? Having said that it was also great to have the freedom to go wherever we wanted, and to go home when we wanted as it was very crowded.
Boat was not the one advertised. It was old and the sunroof was broken. Also we planned at 9.30 and got the boat at 11.15. We wanted to go to Capri and Amalfi and first they said its ok and later they said its not possible and we had to pay €100 for half tank of fuell. The guy was also very brutal and started discussing immediately and at the end asked to give him a 5 star review! Never again!

The boat was fine, because we were 2 people, which we didn't like, that it arrived 45 minutes late for us, because not even an apology from the Captain. Another thing was the captain's treatment, because we had notified in advance the points we wanted to go, but he did not know if he could reach Luiggi or not, we had to call the restaurant to explain to them that he could leave us. I understand that it is not anyone's obligation to speak another language, but communication is very necessary in these cases. Because you are new to these places and solving things at the last minute doesn't help. I don't usually complain and I try to see things positively, but with a little better treatment, I think it would be enough
All went well. The team worked hard to make us feel comfortable. The first day we had some details but on the second they corrected that. So we were pleased and we would definitely repeat the experience! Thanks to all the team!
