Thank you to Jean Claude for his welcome. He places great importance on ensuring the satisfaction of the renters. The boat is about twenty years old and is in its original condition. The 5th category equipment expires at the end of June 2025, so in two days, it was time to check the validity of the equipment. Jean Claude was very responsive, replacing the equipment before our departure. The engine propeller needs to be replaced to allow the boat to plane easily and thus plan the crossing to the Île de Ré. We had a beautiful and pleasant day. We thank Jean Claude for his attentiveness and kindness.

Jean Claude, super nice. Long on the inventory of the place coming in & going out. The boat is too old and heavy, the engine really struggles and consumes a lot of fuel 4 hours. 50 liters. More like a boat designed for a lake.

The boat is having trouble getting up to speed. As a result, it's consuming a lot of fuel for little cruising. Be careful of the sea, if it's a bit choppy, you're guaranteed a shower.

Jean Claude welcomed us with great thoughtfulness and availability. He takes care of his boat and was very rigorous in preparing for the takeover. On the way back he accompanied us in a very sympathetic way to the fuel pontoon. The boat is very well motorized with the Mercury pro 115 CV. In addition, Jean Claude kindly provided us with his fishing equipment.

Very good contact with Jean-Claude despite the problems encountered at the start of the rental (no awning, damaged by the previous tenant, and no towable buoy in the end because it was too worn). Jean-Claude was accommodating to replace the buoy with the banana for free. Very nice day spent aboard his boat: the children enjoyed swimming around the boat, the banana ride, and sea fishing for which Jean-Claude kindly lent us a small piece of equipment. I recommend this owner.

The day on the boat went well overall, but when renting we expected a boat equipped with a bimini and a towed buoy included (not the banana but a buoy as indicated on the profile) but unfortunately the bimini was damaged the day before by the previous tenants. Jean-Claude had warned me, no worries for this point despite a slight disappointment on our part. Nobody's fault. However for the buoy, we were bothered as it was the main activity we wanted to do. After discussion, Jean-Claude offered to reimburse us for a towable buoy rental (available in the port of Thonon Saint Hilaire). So we rented a buoy for half a day for 40€ except that when the boat was handed over Jean-Claude, he went back on his word.. we had to fight for him to hold this one but he even made a kind of threat/blackmail report to the inventory when we had returned the boat niquel. After quarrels, we finally reached a common agreement for him to reimburse half of the buoy, but the communication went badly all the same and it seems reasonable to me to specify this.

Jean Claude is very friendly! The boat is very pleasant for 4 people. It handles very well. A small downside because the fairing was not done and we had trouble getting out of gauge and reaching more than 12 knots, and the fuel gauge seems to be malfunctioning. Good day nonetheless.

the boat should not be rented as is for the following reasons: 1/ important game and hard point at the steering wheel which risks seizing up sooner or later. Impossible to hold a course. 2/ At the engine speed between 3800 and 4000 rpm the engine goes up to maximum speed (goes crazy) without touching the lever. Obligation to reduce the throttle and reposition the lever. 3/ the speedometer does not work (inconsistency with the Navionics GPS speed) and the fuel gauge is not reliable at all. Risk of fuel starvation.
