We had booked a houseboat with a roof terrace, but it had been removed some time ago and never replaced. The roof and stairs had been blocked off, so we couldn't use them. A discount would have been justified, in my opinion. The parking space was also too expensive. The staff were nice, though.
Our conclusion in advance: We'd be happy to come back!! We (2 adults, 2 children, and our dog) had originally booked the "Hermelin." After the briefing, we moved into the boat. The "Hermelin" looked great and was beautifully furnished. Unfortunately, it turned out a short time later that the roof was damaged, causing water to leak into the sleeping cabin. We reported it immediately, and within a short time, the "Azur" was ready for us. So, we had to take everything out of one boat and into the other – it was a bit awkward, of course, but Susi and her family helped us right away, and everything was quickly rearranged. The Azur was also beautifully furnished, and there really is everything you need on board. We had 5 wonderful days on the houseboat and really enjoyed our time! It was fantastic. The only thing that worried us a bit at first was that the fresh water and brown water indicator wasn't working. But everything worked out smoothly anyway! A small suggestion for improvement: put fly screens on the windows to keep the mosquitoes out while still allowing for some airing in the evening. Conclusion: We had a fantastic time on board and will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

It was a beautiful vacation! The boat was very neat and clean. The team received us very friendly. ☺️ The guys gave us a great briefing and were very helpful. We'll definitely be back. Thanks again for the nice time.
