Had a wonderful and fun experience exploring Zakynthos with our boat rental from Manolis. We felt safe with the boat and were able to thoroughly explore the surroundings. The 30Hp boat was simply everything we could ask for the price and we were charged a reasonable fee for fuel. In addition, the process of being picked up and returned to our accommodation was also seamless. Would definitely recommend renting a boat from Manolis.

Manolis was great, came on time and was always very quick in replying to my messages. He provided life jackets for the kids and for us. The boat was clean and very well maintained. It was a great day out in the sea with Manolis's boat. We will hire the boat again from him, very honest person.

Very horrible experience… Both of the engines were broken during our boat trip and the reserve one also so we were stranded for a very long time without help. Do not book with this person

We had a great day with the boat, and Manolis was very helpful at pick-up and return. €30 for fuel at the end was as expected (out to Keri caves and back with a number of stops and detours) The boat was fast, shallow and manoeuvrable enough to motor into caves, through natural arches and anchor close to pebble beaches for swimming, all of which are only accessible by boat. There were other boats around, but no where we went felt overcrowded.

Manolis the boat captain was amazing and as one of our friends was badly sunburnt he drove 15 minutes to come pick us and take us to the boat and then drop us off afterwards. We had a great time on board, we received a good explanation from Manolis before we left and were able to return a little earlier because we had seen everything and were getting a little warm/sunburnt. all the time the host was available via whatsapp, very pleasant! We were also a little later in the morning, but this was no problem for Manolis. When we returned we saw a turtle on our way into the harbor, he took us along to show us another turtle, super nice! we will definitely come back!

Manolis was very flexible with the starting time. The boat is really good. It's really nice to be your own skipper! You can stop wherever you want and enjoy the nice cliffs and caves. I definitely recommend.

Very quick and good communication in lead up to hire, clear instructions on how to manage the boat as we were first timers. Map was also a nice touch along with a cool box for our drinks and food.

We had a great day on the boat! We were showed how to drive it first and were supplied with water, a cool box and a speaker. Great communication and we only paid €25 for fuel at the end. We saw turtles in the bay where the boat is moored. And the little island close by was great for relaxing.

A day with a boat couldn’t get better than this — Manolis warmly welcomed us, took us to a quick instructive ride after which we left to the sea. Everything went perfectly fine in the magnificent landscape of the Southern Zakynthos and could’ve not been any better! 🙌 If you’re looking for a boat, choose this one!

Great person, really helpful, Manolis explains every detail that you need know. The boat is comfortable, clean and equipped with the neccesary. If I come back to Zante, I will rent again a boat with Manolis.

the owner Manolis is very polite and helps to explain all you need on the boat. Also really fair about the used fuel (25 euro) together with the good price his boats are a real recommendation. Next Time on Zakynthos we will go back to him for renting a boat to enjoy the nature and of course the turtles.

It was a great day. The boat was nice and clean. There was a coolbox filled with water bottles. And there was an extra bag filled with a powerbank and a jbl box. At the end of the day he even helped us find the turtles :)

Great, I completely recommend Manolis for this experience.

Me and my Boyfriend rented the boat for the entire day (9am to 18pm). We found the meeting point very easily. The welcome was nice, yet a little shy. He quickly explained how the boat works (we don't have any experience in driving a boat). He explained quick but well and we drove off. Unfortunately I got sea sick by 11 am and we had to return to shore. We called and explained our situation and he came to the Port and took the boat in. Here we got a little confused and agitated. We paid the price for the full day which was about 174€. He wanted an extra 20€ for the gasoline for the boat. Since we returned early and really didn't use much gasolin, we found that to be quite upsetting. He obviously didn't have to give us

The boat itself was great. He provided a cooler and speaker for us, which was great. However, we got bad/no instructions for someone who drove a boat for the second time. We had to pay extra for fuel (in cash), which we weren't aware of. On top of that, the provider acted very hungover.

I recommend boat 100% on time clean boat we got a fridge with bottles of water. a very pleasant surprise, USB power on board in addition, a small engine on the boat fuel reserve in an additional 5-liter tank next time we visit Zakynthos we will use the service again thank you

Renting the boat from Manolis was a delight. A fantastic boat owned by a very kind person. Manolis is ready for you at any moment and gives great instructions on where to go at which moment. He prepares the boat for you along with a cooling box, cold water and Bluetooth speaker. And there is more than enough fuel to use for a day.

Manolis was an absolutely fantastic boat owner and I could not recommend him enough. The boat is brand new, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Manolis was so friendly and helpful- very patient showing us how to drive the boat and even gave us a speaker and an icebox with water for no extra charge. We couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was in comparison to other boat rentals in Laganas. I have rented a handful of boats before but this has been by far the best experience I’ve had with boat rentals.

We had a Wotan out at sea. The boat was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the customers before us had returned the boat late, so we had to wait almost an hour. A better description of where he and his boat could be found would be helpful. Despite several phone calls, we were always wrong. But once you're on the boat, everything is forgotten.

In itself fine, boat is neat and nothing else to complain about. I find the fuel story a bit vague, it seems to me that it is included in the price but that is not the case. We had rented the boat for 8 hours and had to pay an additional 45€ for the fuel, I think that this should be made clearer in advance.

Made this choice after reading all the good reviews. After a quick explanation of how to drive the boat since he had someone on the phone several times, we were sent out to sea. We looked at the indicated places to go. Finished that region after 2 hours and then sailed the other way. Without knowing that this is prohibited. We then called the landlord to moor our boat at the indicated location. Once there we had to pay 50.- for the tank and take out our stuff to refuel. Then the landlord went crazy because we had broken the rules. These rules were not stated in the advertisement and the landlord did not tell us. We were then threatened and were not allowed to continue on the boat and we decided to take a taxi back. If the gentleman had taken the time to explain everything to us in detail, we would of course not have broken the rules. As for speed and zones. But if we are not told anything and nothing is indicated, how are we supposed to know? What was supposed to be a fun full day turned out to be a short day with a nasty experience... we hope that the gentleman did not have his day and this will not happen to other bookings.

Communicated well in advance and picked up at the pick-up point. The boat was not very clean considering it was the first day of the season..? In addition, we discovered along the way that the anchor was not fixed, so unfortunately we could not moor. All in all, not a world disaster as there was not much current and we could still swim at sea. a bit of a shame. Had the boat been clean and the anchor attached, it would certainly have been 5 stars.

The boat was not 2022 as written, but was much older. Upon our arrival at 9am, as expected, we had to wait a long time and then leave at 10am. Defective accelerator lever. Stereo system as written in the description non-existent but they gave us a Bluetooth speaker. We lost the anchor because it was an anchor from a ship and not from a boat rented by us, so throwing it inshore we had problems with the rocks. We paid €40 for the damage

Very nice experience with a good boat!

Manolis was very friendly and nice to communicate with. When we arrived the boat was already waiting. He first sailed a bit to explain how everything works, which was nice. Then we dropped it off again and the discovery could begin. There is a lot to see from Laganas. Many caves, high rock walls, clear blue water and of course turtle island (there are also boats here where you can buy a sandwich and ice cream) We also saw many turtles which was very cool. The boat was very neat and clean. We got a cool box with 4 bottles of water in it (but of course we had brought some ourselves) and a speaker. The petrol was of course not included, but that was not too bad either. We had sailed a lot, because we really wanted to see everything and had about 1/3 tank left. We had to pay € 35 for this. I would recommend everyone to rent a boat at Manolis.

Difficult to moor in another harbor for lunch or a drink. I miss jetties where you can moor for an hour for lunch or a drink for a small fee. We did this illegally and then cost us 30 euros for 1 hour or we had to leave immediately. We were also sent back to Zakynthosh by an aggressive life guard in a boat. He indicated that it was the limit without specifying why. We also had a very nice day and even saw 6 turtles up close. TOP! Yours sincerely, Family from Gerner.

Value for money is absolutely right here. Unlike many of his competitors, Manolis is a completely relaxed personality who doesn't want to get rid of you as quickly as possible. If you have experience, you won't beat around the bush, which I really appreciate. Can only recommend the boat!
