The boat was poorly equipped and very difficult to handle in stronger waves. Despite my experience with boat rentals in other countries and holding a boating license, I found this boat to be of low quality and unstable. When I picked it up, I was told to photograph the propeller because it was already damaged. However, when returning the boat, another staff member wrongly accused me of causing the damage and at first refused to accept my photos. Only later did they admit the damage had been caused by a previous renter. This was disappointing and unprofessional, and I cannot recommend this rental service.

The ship is good, new, easy to manage, but the attitude of the staff towards the customer is poor; they gave us a ship with 40% full fuel tank. When asked why the tank was not full, the staff explained that the fuel would definitely be enough for the whole day's journey. They say I have 8 years of experience - you will definitely have enough fuel. Fuel ran out in rough seas. Some friend of the owner brought 10 liters of gasoline while sailing. Since the sea was very rough, my son and I spilled gasoline while refueling. The technical staff did not accept their guilt - they say they had to go ashore and refuel at the gas station. There are no fuel filling stations for ships, as there are in Croatia or Italy. The amount of fuel used is calculated based on the GPS km., and not based on the actual fuel consumption in the tank. Such fuel accounting is nonsense, it is not accurate at all. I don't blame Denise - she apologized for the incident, but her brother's behavior and communication was very rude.
There was no respect at all, Ironic, he kept saying you know everything while he didn't have the slightest idea, he kept saying he has a boat and knows.
