The houseboat "Xenia," with approximately 30 m² of heated living space, offers you a relaxing and personalized vacation. The rooftop terrace, also approximately 30 m², invites you to sunbathe, unwind, or simply daydream. The minimum rental period is one week with arrival and departure on Saturdays. The prices quoted are for the mobile home package (requirement: boat license!). For stays exclusively in the home port, special, discounted rates apply (port package). The minimum age for potential renters is 25 years. Proof of payment of the specified security deposit is required upon taking possession of the boat. For safety reasons, pets are not allowed.

Overall rating
The houseboat was in top condition, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and lovingly equipped. The kitchen was complete. The owners were very friendly, communicative, and went to great lengths to hand over the boat. Among other things, they compiled important information for the trip in a folder, offered tips for routes (and what to avoid), and explained every detail. It couldn't have been better. Thank you very much.
We were very satisfied with the amenities and the communication with the owners. It's a small vacation home on the water. Handling the boat isn't easy, especially when going through locks. It's very wide, and some locks are quite narrow. We also recommend removing the railing on the roof and the backrests of the furniture before setting off. We got stuck under a bridge, so you can imagine what happened to the deposit. So always be proactive and act with foresight. ?
