My husband and I greatly appreciated today’s skipper training with Jure. It was clear, insightful and very well structured. Even with the baby on board, everything went smoothly and it made the experience even more memorable.

We enjoyed an amazing day on Maro's boat! The location in the old port was very convenient for us, as we were staying in the old city. Alen welcomed us aboard and after a short instruction we were on our way. We had a great time on the water and visited both popular spots (the Blue Cave) as well as hidden gems suggested by Alen. The boat was clean, with a good motor and nice extras such as an ice box and snorkeling gear. We couldn't have wished for a more amazing day. Thank you Maro and Alen!

We had such a blast taking the boat out for the day - would absolutely recommend! Ivan and his team set us up well for a fun day of swimming alongside the islands and exploring the caves - we even saw dolphins on the way back to the marina. Felt thoroughly prepared heading out for the day - and Ivan was super communicative and helpful throughout the day. Thanks again and we look forward to next time!

Dubrovnik is undoubtedly one of Croatia's best-known and most beloved destinations, both for the spectacular scenery and the brilliant colors of the sea. Also known as Ragusa, it has been nicknamed "the pearl of the Adriatic" for its beauty. How about discovering it? The Kornati Islands are a wild and unspoiled archipelago overlooking Dalmatia, grouping 147 islands and islets. Because of their great environmental value, they were declared a National Park in 1980!

When is the best time to rent a sailboat in Croatia?

You can rent a boat in Croatia almost any time of the year! But for the best sailing conditions, certain periods stand out. Late Spring (May to June) and Early Autumn (September to October) are the optimal times to set sail. Enjoy pleasant temperatures ranging from 68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C) during these months, with plenty of sunshine and calm seas.

Starting in July, temperatures rise towards the high 80s°F (30s°C) and the peak tourist season begins. If you prefer a relaxed experience and want to avoid crowds, steer clear of July and August. This period also brings higher rental prices and busy marinas.

September marks the beginning of the off-season with fewer tourists, but be aware of potential weather changes as autumn progresses. By October, the weather remains warm, and the seas are still inviting, but the risk of rain increases slightly.
