Our Bavaria 44 Cruiser "Balsamika" is a 14.00 m long monohull sailing vessel with an auxiliary engine. It is certified to carry 10 passengers. It comfortably accommodates 8 people in 4 cabins: 2 aft, 1 bow, and a crew cabin with bunk beds. It has 2 bathrooms, one with an indoor shower and an outdoor shower, both with hot water. It is ideal for a fun and relaxing holiday with family or friends. It features a fully equipped galley with tableware for 10 people, hot water, 12V electricity (220V available when connected to a cable in port), and a sun awning to protect the cockpit. Alghero is located in northwest Sardinia, where the airport is located; From here, you can sail to the most beautiful and exclusive destinations: Porto Conte, Capo Caccia, Stintino, Asinara Island, and many others. To the south, you can visit the island of San Pietro, S'Antioco, Pan di Zucchero, and more. No pets - to protect other guests. During our 5-day stay, Mary and Salvatore took great care of the whole family. Everything went very well and Mary's cooking was simply magical. We highly recommend this boat for a wonderful time at sea in Sardinia.
A wonderful holiday!!! The boat is owned by the skipper, who rents it out at certain times of the year. It's perfect for a family: spacious and clean, with comfortable cabins. The real plus, however, is Salvatore and his family. Welcoming, professional, yet affectionate, they always make you feel at ease and at peace. It was a great experience that we'd love to repeat next year.

Salvatore for Pressident. We had a great time during the five days of sailing with Salvatore, which seemed too short. Salvatore took great care of us and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. The Balsamika is large and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the experience.
A great stay on board the boat. Salvatore and Mary took great care of us. They were also lovely with our 7 and 10 year old boys who got to pilot the boat. Mary delighted us twice with pasta dishes. The boat is perfectly suited for a family of 4. We each had a cabin for 2 and a toilet for our own use. For the shower, either the water jet on the boat or in the port. The welcome is excellent even if communication was limited because we do not speak Italian, we got by with Google translate and Mary who speaks a little French. In short, we had a great time and highly recommend!!
