Over all excellent. Very good staff, prompt communication, quick and uncomplicated. Amazing condition of the boat compared to the age. Will book again, can recommend to everyone.
Sailboat conforms to the announcement except: - For the bow thruster which did not correspond to what was expected and which moreover turned out to be defective. - For the performance of the boat under sail.
We had a great week on this 2015 Dufour sailboat. No particular remark on the condition of the boat. We had rented a sup paddle and a motor for the annex. Unfortunately, the pump to inflate the sup paddle was missing and the dinghy's engine throttle did not work. Thus, we were not able to use both the paddle and the engine of the annex. When checking out of the boat, I asked for reimbursement of these 2 services (130€ for the paddle and 80€ for the engine of the tender). They answered me that they would see with their corresponding suppliers the rental of these 2 additional services. To date, I have not received any information on the follow-up of my request from the Charter, nor a refund. When he left, he promised to reimburse me for these services by bank transfer. Hoping he keeps his promises.
