Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our trip. We would especially like to recognize our captain, Alessandro, and our steward, Mateo. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire charter. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group was comfortable and having a great time. We are very grateful for their outstanding service and would like to congratulate them on a job exceptionally well done. There are, however, a few areas where we believe the experience could be improved. First, it would have been very helpful to have a clearer itinerary before boarding. We were told that it had to be finalized on the day of departure, which made planning more difficult and created some uncertainty. We also chartered a sailing catamaran and were looking forward to sailing under wind power for at least part of the trip. Unfortunately, the boat was operated exclusively under engine power, so we missed what we consider an important part of the sailing experience. The boat itself was in excellent condition, very clean, and clearly well maintained. However, we felt it could have been better equipped. Although we knew in advance that there was no air conditioning, it made a significant difference during the hotter days. We also would have appreciated a better-equipped galley, including items such as a capsule coffee machine, a toaster, and additional kitchen utensils. Also no pillows for all the passengers. Beach towels were also not available on board, although we had expected them to be. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, thanks above all to the professionalism and warmth of the crew.

I have hired boats all over the world- Australia, Croatia, Indonesia. Unfortunately this experience was, by far, the least satisfactory. Communication from the hire company was not forthcoming. No contact from them in the days leading up about where to meet etc, we had to chase them for this information. On the day of the charter we did not get onto our boat until 40 minutes after the scheduled start time with no other information from the tour operator when we contacted them as no-one had showed up to collect us, other than there was a “slight issue.” The crew kept us safe. However they weren’t overly engaged in ensuring we enjoyed our day. No explanations about the plan for the day or the places we visited. The boat did have snorkels & flippers which was appreciated. The waters around the marina are beautiful, no doubt. However I unfortunately would not recommend this company.

The three nights we spent on the boat were the best of our vacation. It was an amazing experience to be able to sail around the Mediterranean, stop at various points to swim and explore, as well as the views from the water. John Matteo, our skipper, and Alessandro, our deck hand were wonderful people. Anything we needed they took care of, and their knowledge of the geography was impressive. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks for an exemplary trip!
