Great summer day with Pol, above our expectations! With my family, we're really looking forward to our next boat day after this first experience with Click&Boat.
Our day on Pol’s boat was great! He is knowledgable about the island and took us to the best places around Formentera that we will never forget. He was very communicative via the app and Whatsapp and very friendly throughout the day. Just note - you must bring your own snacks, drinks, ice etc and the boat isn’t equipped with a lot of snorkeling or swimming gear (only 1 snorkel mask, definitely bring your own). There is also no speaker on board this summer for music. A general note about Click&Boat, they do not charge you the full amount through the app, so make sure you note which extras are included in your reservation and bring cash to cover those at the end of the day. This caused a lot of confusion and could have been resolved much easier if the app had charged those extras with the boat payments. Pol was gracious despite the confusion and underpayment. Would recommend and hope to be back again one day!

Thank you for everything, from the beginning good communication and explanations, the boat is equipped with everything you need, it has a JBL stereo with Bluetooth and new snorkeling equipment. The boat is impeccable, we repeat every season with Veca Boats since Pol knows the entire island and always takes us to spectacular places where we had never been, very professional and quality service! We will continue repeating!

Being very sorry, I cannot positively rate Pol's treatment and lack of professionalism. At three in the morning on the same day I had the reservation, he sent me a WhatsApp with the boarding location. It took me 30 minutes to find the meeting point. I called him. 20 times and at no time did he answer me by phone. After 30 minutes, another boat rental company called me telling me that Pol did not have a boat and this company took over the rental of the boat. To my surprise it was a superior boat and I want to emphasize that PLANBOART are excellent professionals. Unbeatable treatment and service. I can't say the same about Pol.

Pol has been very kind to us. We spent a whole day in Formentera with the boat, which is also very comfortable and has a fridge, diving glasses and a speaker! We really liked the experience and we would repeat it without a doubt, I recommend it!
I booked the boat because I thought the quality-price ratio was good, but a big mistake, when something seems cheap, there is always a but. Pol is quite unpresentable. Communication with him is difficult. He was late in delivering the boat, and was very brief in explaining how to handle his boat. The boat was not very clean, it shows that they do not put much interest in it. We had a problem in navigation and when catching a wave, one of my sons stepped on a mat, and underneath is a table that we broke, at the same time we broke the refrigerator. As is normal, when we arrived we told him about it and since it had been impossible to process the deposit, he told us to make him a payment of €100 to fix the damage. The coincidences of life, we left something on the boat, and we returned after 15 minutes, and then Pol tells us that we have to pay the entire deposit, that is, we have to give him the other €700. Once he orders the wood to be fixed and they tell him the cost, he will return the money to us. Big mistake. Since then everything has been evasive, he blames us that because of that breakage he has lost a charter, etc. He swore to us that when he had the repair bill he would send it to us and we would do the math, but don't believe anything he promises, because he doesn't deliver. In the end the joke was the rent, and the €800 for cracking the lid of a €25 refrigerator and the repair of a boat table in Zodiac, which he initially estimated at €100, but which has now become €800. Honestly, if you can rent another boat, you will do well. I see that Pol has problems with the Alfredos, because I have seen in opinions that there is another complaining, and we are not the same person. My rental was on July 11, 2023. And I have waited 7 months for Pol to keep his word, but once again he has proven that he is not a professional, much less a good person, since he took advantage of our good faith. Oh, and very strongly that Click&Boat washes his hands and says that this is a problem between landlord and tenant.
