Overall rating
We had a great sailing week with Roche Ango (the Dufour 34). The boat (and its sails) were in very good condition, the necessary safety equipment was on board. The contact with the charter company was nice and friendly.
We were welcomed by Jérôme, who, with his excellent advice and his welcome, allowed us to have an excellent experience with his sailboat! I highly recommend!
Everything was perfect, apart from a small rudder failure that we were able to manage from a distance... and Jérôme was able to reassure us and help us put things into perspective. A boat in good condition and a rental company that knows its fleet well! I recommend.
As advertised and well maintained sailboat
Professional lessor, service completely in line with expectations. Good contacts with the rental companies, light handling and relevant advice on the program. The boat itself (to try to be useful to future tenants): Quality fittings, recent mainsail, fairly comfortable berths (but it's really just for 2 in the "double" cabin forward). Side "minus": no marking on the piano, and the bar is really very soft, it's surprising and requires a period of adaptation. Not tried the tender neither the HB, nor the spinnaker for lack of a minimum of wind. Overall, everything is in line with what we expect from this type of rental: we had a good weekend. Thank you.
In the top! Very pleasant welcome from Jérome, plus some advice on the navigation areas that we were discovering during this week. Looking forward!
A mainsail which had several years of service, a windlass which gave up the ghost at the bottom of the bail ...... would have deserved a commercial discount to the height of a relative but real disappointment.
Very welcome from the owner, friendly, available, clear for handling the boat. Boat very well maintained and clean. We just regretted a mainsail that age has made fragile (carnation of reef, sheath of laths). If a new opportunity to rent in the area arises, we will certainly address this renter that we recommend.
Everything went very well!
