Hello and welcome aboard this magnificent Sun Odyssée 469! Skippered charters: 3 cabins and 6 berths available, plus 3 bathrooms. Day charters (9am-6pm) with an additional captain required, or for longer periods, from the port of Bandol, explore an area including the Embiez Islands, the Calanques de Cassis, Frioul, Marseille with its calanques and islands to the west, or the Hyères Islands, Porquerolles, Fort Brégançon, Le Lavandou, etc. to the east. As a professional captain and FFV sailing instructor, I will be happy to accompany you and share my knowledge! The boat is available for charter with a skipper for periods of less than a week; An additional skipper fee payable at the boat: from €150 to €250 per day depending on the period. The boat can accommodate groups of 9 for day trips and multi-day cruises! It is equipped with life jackets for children (number and weight to be specified, mandatory wear while sailing). Port fees are the responsibility of the renter. Please let me know your sailing schedule in advance so I can give you a more accurate estimate. Our two-week sailing adventure with Jean-Yves, starting from the picturesque port of Bandol, was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we set sail, it was clear that we were in the hands of a seasoned professional. Jean-Yves is not only technically proficient, but his ability to manage people, both adults and children, is truly commendable. Our group consisted of two families with children, and Jean-Yves made sure that everyone, regardless of age, was comfortable and engaged. The boat itself was well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable journey. Jean-Yves' knowledge of the local waters allowed us to explore hidden coves and breathtaking landscapes that we would never have discovered on our own. What made the trip even more special was Jean-Yves' personality and genuine passion for sailing. He shared fascinating stories and insights about the sea, adding depth to our adventure. The two weeks flew by, filled with laughter, discovery, and the serene beauty of Côte d'Azur and Provence shores. It was an experience that bonded our families and left us with memories that will last a lifetime. We would recommend Jean-Yves with our eyes closed to anyone wanting to spend unforgettable moments on a sailboat in the south of France.

Jean Yves boat was in an impeccable state, clean inside, outside, even the hull and keel didn't have a single algae. He took us where we wanted, and we sailed whenever there was a bit of wind which is not the case with many skippers who would rather just use the engine. I would return without a doubt!
A super fast sailing boat with a different set of sails for all weathers. This does not prevent comfort with four comfortable double cabins each with their own bathroom and toilet. A large saloon and large kitchen area with a large fridge for your groceries and fresh water reserve added to the comfort. Jean Yves, the boat's skipper, knows the region well and will be able to find you berths and anchorages in coves or in front of beautiful beaches. He is also a sailing instructor and will be able to teach you how to sail. He introduced my older children who are delighted. Thank you Jean Yves for this week of happiness, a great boat and a great skipper.
I confirm that Jean-Yves is as described in the reviews I read before my stay on the boat. He is cheerful, patient, takes the time to explain things to us, and answers all the many questions we had! He remained discreet but present when needed. We spent a wonderful week as a group of six on his sailboat. We highly recommend him.

Beautiful boat, super well maintained! We had a great week cruising on Happy Squale. The owner is available and accommodating.
Jean-Yves has a superb boat, the boots are great, the cabins too but we had to leave a check for 6000€ as a deposit (recover at the end, no problem, but we did not expect it) We had to pay 100€ in cash for the cleaning when returning the boat. He told us he was supposed to bring in divers for an extra €200 (didn't) I don't know if I misread between the lines but I was a little surprised by these costs which should be included in the rental price.

We loved going out with Jean-Yves and his "Happy Squale". The boat is perfectly pampered and maintained. Jean-Yves is a great captain, very professional while being considerate, friendly and educational. Perfect boat both from the point of view of sailing (complete set of sails, fast in all weather) and life on board (spacious and functional), with many small practical arrangements to simplify and improve things. Very well maintained and ultra safe boat, equipped for long crossings. Cool owner, pedagogue during check-in and responsive to our requests (2 only) during the week. We just regretted the lack of a bow motor for such a big boat, but the port officers were there to help us if necessary. Great experience!

Mon Sun Odyssey 469 de 2015 est à la location avec skipper pour les séjours de moins d'une semaine (capitaine 200 et moniteur voile-croisière FFV). C’est un 4 cabines/ 4 salles de bain. J’occupe une de ces cabines. Les locations sans skipper sont possibles à la semaine.
