The rental went well. The boat is fast, spacious, and comfortable. Good communication with the charter company. No problems, but the €3,500 deposit still hasn't been refunded three days later. You need to have a lot of cash flow to do this kind of rental.

Hello Very good rental and excellent sailing advice. Charles was available throughout the entire trip to provide information. On our part, it was a shame that the weather conditions were rather poor (tropical rain, wind, and waves of around 1 meter), for passengers who were not experienced in sailing.

CB debited for €1500 on the day of the rental instead of depositing a deposit as planned!!! €1200 debited from the other CB three weeks later on the pretext of damage to the boat despite a clean and unconditional inventory. €2700 in the trash... what an idiot I am!!! ***owner's response: Dishonest customer is trying to harm our proper functioning, on our boat which is new and neat. Her husband, captain on board our boat that day, had all the safety and danger information to avoid entered on the GPS by us, in order to have a good day before their departure. The latter did not respect one of our essential forbidden rules, he passed over a key which damaged the antifouling of the entire hull down to the gelcoat, because he ended up in the middle of the key where he was able to get out thinking he was hiding it from us, we have the photo of his passage on the GPS with the time and date, the antifouling had just been redone barely 1 month for the new season, as well as the warped propeller shaft and our propeller was twisted. here at home in Guadeloupe all the sailors will tell you, the keys are corals that damage our boats if we pass over them, they are located in certain areas visible on the GPS in green which allows us to identify them to easily avoid them when sailing. They are for some at water level here is the real reason for the loss of your deposit that you do not say in order to repair the damage caused by your husband. Despite all our evidence, this customer persists in saying the opposite, wanting to lie to destroy our good work, our boat is new with its engine, we have no interest in taking a deposit without real and serious proof, it makes no sense, we are 100% very honest, we want to reassure our future customers.***

Beautiful day on board the boat

We were 6 people to embark in the Beneteau Flyers 7. The boat is sufficient for 6 people / see 8 on board. The boat is in very good condition almost new with a more than sufficient engine in terms of power and economy of new generation. The price is very reasonable as well as the very detailed explanations before departure in navigation (when you do not know the local maritime zone well) etc. The agent who receives us for the check in & check out remains available by telephone during the day and is responsive. Nothing to say. However, the VHF is missing on board for the semi / offshore zone beyond 6 miles but it remains acceptable or with portable. I recommend the boat without problem.
