I booked a boat with air conditioning. When we checked in to the boat there is only one tiny fan per cabin. The sailoe company says that I need to take the issue up with clickandboat as it is your website that said there as aircon and I paid you the fees. As there were no other boats we were forced to go on the boat. I really am not happy as air conditioning was one of my key points in choosing a boat. The weather in the Seychelles this time of year is hot and humid with lots of rain which limits open hatches when sleeping. I need to be compensated for this. Please advise what your actions will be
