Despite a misunderstanding about the number of crew the boat allowed on board, we finally recovered a satisfactory unit even if the performance due to a furling mainsail was disappointing.

I did not feel like a customer of Smart and sail but only their source of income. We believe we are renting for a week and we embark on Saturday at 6.00 p.m. to return the boat supposedly on Saturday at 9.00 a.m., but if you are not there on Friday before 6.30 p.m. you have a penalty of 100 euros for a diver that you have already paid in the arrival pack (be careful optional but obligatory (!!!) 255 euros all the same). We have to fill up or we are told, when we are told, at the time we are told... Be careful, we will almost confiscate your car keys, shouting because keys from the start without any explanation.... practices from another age.... I am surprised that Click&Boat whose moral responsibility seems committed to me tolerates such practices.... Wonderful cruise in an enchanting nature despite everything...
