The Courlis is a reasonably sized, light and easy to maneuver sailboat. It easily allows a day trip on the Erdre to Sucé (6 people max), or even a night on board (4 people max). It is powered by a fairly quiet 6hp outboard that does not require a permit. (participation in engine costs are 3€/h) If the wind allows it, you can easily unroll the genoa and hoist the mainsail, or even the spinnaker if you want. It is moored at the quai de la Jonelière, with free parking and access by bus. I maintain it regularly to use it myself. I can demonstrate basic maneuvers if needed. Its size and weight allow good control, good ultimate stability. The philosophy of the boat takes up most of the orientations of the Group Finot: Good stability, Easy helm, Ergonomics at the helm and Ergonomics of maneuver thanks to the inclined backrests, the return of the halyards to the cockpit, with good forward view. The innovation on this boat was to make a lifting keel (0.65-1.5m) with three bearings. The latter is therefore of a good behavior, of a good rigidity.

Not bad for a40 y/o boat! Found the boat dirty at first, but managed to get a nice day out of it. Quite difficult to low down the engine; not great to have to keep the tiller up all day long. Other than that nice little boat, in a beautiful surroundings.

I rented Marc's sailboat for one day and one night. We received a very warm welcome from Marc, and his explanations were crystal clear. The boat handles very well for two people, and the scenery along the Erdre River is truly beautiful! See you soon, and fair winds!

Overall, a good day spent aboard Marc's boat. The engine needs some maintenance for greater reliability and safety.
The boat is not very well maintained and is dirty. The sails are new, however. But Marc was flexible with the dates. The boat is very easy to handle. Access to the boat is convenient. Sailing on the river is fun. We slept in Sucé-sur-Erdre, a free boat stop with shower/toilet and laundry.

The boat is functional, communication with the owner is efficient. On the other hand, the exterior hull would deserve a good clean with a pressure washer...

Excellent navigation on Courlis. What a pleasure to do a little sailing from the city of Nantes. Marc is very accommodating and the boat easy to handle. Easy berth and plenty of parking in front of the boat.
top marc is a great owner
The boat was not very clean, and I did not know that the first 22 was so small inside (especially the headroom) That being said, on the whole, the equipment was of good quality, the boat well equipped for its sailing area (the Erdre), even the cushions were rather comfortable, in short, it is a small boat that fills very its role well!

Perfect boat for going back and forth to Nantes sucks / erdres. No surprise, the engine purrs quietly and you can let yourself go quietly. Thanks to Marc for taking my constraints into account.

Too cool to sail on the Erdre by sail. The boat is in good condition, efficient and practical for this river. Downwind is the magic of exploring the river in silence. To come back it's not easy to tack but fun in 3, otherwise there is the hb. From 2 p.m. there was enough wind to have fun in nature. Great to be able to enjoy a very good boat, sailing immersed in Nature 5 minutes from the city center. Great opportunity, thank you Marc.
