Everything perfectly organized. Clear communication. The boat is fantastic. Enough space, clean and everything in order. The skipper was also perfect.
A precise and professional handling, the boat was impeccable! We were able to fully enjoy our week on this sailboat. Kim who welcomed us gave very good advice, we appreciated her support. The only downside was a problem with the bow propeller which made it difficult for us to maneuver in port, but as soon as the breakdown was specified, Kim was already holding the key! I highly recommend this sailboat unlike rentals made with individuals and the bad experiences that go with it.
Everything went very well with Joaquín as he is a person ready to listen to the needs of the client. Of course, it is important that you ask all the necessary questions and any doubt, however simple it may seem, do not take it for granted. Always ask and let the intermediaries give it to you in writing. Since once you have made the payment, any "misunderstanding" will be to the detriment of the client and never the intermediary. Above all, find out about check in and check out. How much you pay for the skipper and what days you will have it, disembarkation time, etc. And beware, THEY ONLY LEAVE PALAMÓS, so if you ask to leave another city, they will charge you for the trip as extra time, I repeat, you will always be the one to pay for the misunderstanding. For the rest, everything is fine and what you see in the photos is what there is. Except for the wonderful big turquoise blue candle. It is a more discreet and very standard white candle. We will repeat, now with things clearer and knowing what to ask beforehand
Super rental very professional. The boat was very well prepared and very clean. Joaquim always available. Superb crossing and magnificent tour of Menorca.
