The Ron punch was not fit for a 10 day charter, the house batteries did not hold charge overnight We had toconstantly run the engines even when we were sailing just to charge the batteries. Main sail impossible to raise to the top of the mast , it only went to first reef, Toilet overflowing into the bathroom, they did come and try to fix , but they did not have the parts needed We were not able to use this toilet for 8 of our 10 days onboard Outboard motor for the tender did not start, they replaced half way through the charter The Bbq did not work, it was not a suitable bbq. Slightest breeze would blow out the flame We have asked for a credit on the options (bbq hire and outboard motor hire) they will not respond to emails I missed a guided tour because I had to wait in port for the technician to attend to the repairs , again asking for a rebate Outside of the boat was very knocked around. Skuff marks and dirty Most of the hatch’s were broken and usb did not work in 2 of 4 cabins Hatch above bed in one cabin leaked when it rained Staff who tried to help us were friendly Can clic&boat help us get the credit we asked for Thanks
