New boat that fully met our expectations. The boat is extremely comfortably equipped and in very good condition. The base did a very good and uncomplicated job with the delivery and return of the boat. The only thing I don’t like is the new booking via “Click&Boat”. This is all very impersonal and too “simple” for a charter. We were missing usual documents such as a decent rental agreement with all the details, an exact equipment list, etc. Before at Scansail everything was much more personal. I want advice and not “clicking”.
