Unfortunately, the state of maintenance of the sails and rigging was insufficient to safely operate the boat. So much so that when the jib was unfurled for the second time in normal winds, the jib's topstay was damaged, forcing us to return to port, cutting our vacation short. The most absurd thing is that they're trying to withhold our deposit by inventing a loosening of the jib halyard, which we wouldn't know why we'd have to do, and which would have broken a forestay of that kind. I've already filed a request for the refund of the deposit through my lawyer, but since I haven't received a response, I believe I'll end up in court with a lawsuit and a request for damages. In the contract, they make you sign that in the event of a dispute, you must proceed to arbitration, without realizing that these clauses are void if signed with a private individual (there are several Supreme Court rulings on this matter for consumer protection). Anyway: don't sign them! Luckily, I have a photo report that certifies the condition of the boat. I hope they understand that it is time to act with conscience when dealing with these issues.

I rented Romantica, a 2010 Oceanis 37. A boat far from perfect but all in all functional and functional. The contacts Stefano and Margherita proved to be very helpful and ready for any eventuality. It's a goodbye!

Comfortable and fast boat. We had some problems related to the equipment (which is quite common in rental). Fortunately we were not far away and the Salivoli Vela staff intervened promptly and effectively to minimize the inconvenience and allow the cruise to continue.
