We rented the catamaran for four people. Upon arrival, there was no boat tour and the instructions for using the equipment were inadequate (equalizing fuel levels, reporting any pre-existing damage, proper conduct on board, etc.). The toilets had an unbearable odor throughout our entire stay (despite the skipper emptying the blackwater tanks). When the skipper was supposed to take us to the restaurant in the dinghy, it didn't work. Repairs weren't possible until the following morning (9:30-10:00), meaning the guests had to row with the skipper in the pouring rain. Even after listing all the problems (confirmed by the skipper/with photos), there was no attempt to accommodate us. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this service.
