As it turns out, some safety elements were missing, such as safety belts and bands, and the engine was overused. In strong winds the engine stopped and help arrived after 6 hours. In reality we had requested the intervention of the SAR but the renter's boat arrived. After many communications it is not known who is responsible. Certainly when intervention is requested, the SAR boat must leave immediately rather than arguing about who intervenes, so the main responsibility is theirs.
