Communication is the only point that I am not entirely happy with since we had a problem when paying the deposit and the skipper. I contacted Vedrana a few days before, to ask him if we could pay the deposit and the skipper (payment in person) in euros and with a credit card. This was important to us, as we did not want our bank to charge us excessive commissions when paying €1,600 in Croatian Kuna. Vedrana answered us that we could pay by card and in Euros. Upon arriving at their offices, they only offered us the option to pay by card and in Croatian Kuna. Consequently, our bank charged us 126 euros of currency exchange commission. If we had been able to pay in euros, we would not have been charged anything. This would not have been a problem if we had known, but being a surprise it was somewhat painful. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thanks for your work and keep it up. Alex
