The communication before and during the booking was impeccable, fast and reliable. All questions were answered promptly. That's how you want it. The reception and the handover of the boat on site were very relaxed and according to the customer's wishes. A short arrival and departure trip in the port was also realized on request - thank you very much for that. The boat was clean but not perfectly cleaned - two corners had been left out of the cleaning process (although I am quite picky). Technical condition of the boat: grade 2+. The stern shower was defective, the anchor winch switch had a loose contact, the gangway was unable to lift the dinghy. some kitchen equipment was missing, the knives were dull. With 2x220 hp unfortunately a bit underpowered: gliding was only approximately possible at full load - but really extremely economical engines. The assistance with donning on return day was surprisingly remedial. The return itself was flawless and very relaxed. A later return than 09:00 a.m. was also made possible. In my opinion, the base is in the upper class - you always have the feeling of being a customer. There isn't much that could be improved. Conclusion: We have good memories of the week and would come back.
