The boat experience itself was as nice as intended but there are a couple of things regarding the reservation that need to be highlighted. The boat we went out on was not the boat I originally booked - there was an issue with the engine and the skipper (kindly) found us a solution so we could keep the date: another boat with another skipper, Fernando. However, when we got to the new boat Carlos left immediately and afterwards we learnt from the new skipper that instead of the 8 hours booked we would only get 6 hours because the sea gets rough in the afternoon. As the booking was done with Carlos, I tried to reach an agreement with him later regarding a small reimbursement due to the time difference (2 hours) but was told I was lying and that we had asked for less time because we were tired/nauseated etc and wanted the trip to end (the sea was not rough). This was disappointing because it was obviously dishonest on Fernando and Carlos’ part in simply not wanting to concede a discount for the 2 hour time difference. Further, I was also pretty shocked at how the skipper thought it was OK to take pictures of us without our permission. While we had a nice 6 hours, the experience was tarnished by poor communication with the skippers afterwards and the way my reasonable request for a discount was received. I advise anyone booking, to clarify all details beforehand to avoid such issues.

The experience has been great, they took us to see if we could find dolphins and we found them, and their treatment was wonderful, they took us to points where they knew we could dive and see the bottom well and swim… An 11!!!!
Very nice boat, noble and easy to handle, perfect for touring that part of the tropical coast. Its owner Carlos is very attentive and close. He perfectly teaches you the ins and outs of the boat, recommends areas to visit, provides facilities for pick-up and return, etc., and is aware at all times of what you might need. I recommend your boat to spend a day in that beautiful area. I hope to do it again...
