Boat rental in Biograd na Moru · Elan — Elan 50 Impression (2019)

A DISASTER. When we were welcomed, the hostess named Tonka openly told us to shut up. When we handed over the keys, there was no explanation about the boat and no concern for our departure in 15-20 knots of wind. The boat was dirty with several malfunctioning components. The water tank and batteries weren't charged for our departure. Finally, at the end of our stay. Checkout was set for 9:00 a.m., so we booked our taxi accordingly for 9:40 a.m. After several calls after 9:30 a.m., still no one came to check on the boat, and we were told we should have called ahead to see if we had a taxi. A disgrace. Someone finally arrived at 10:00 a.m., so we took our taxi at 10:30 a.m. with a huge surcharge!!! I STRONGLY ADVISE THE EURONAUTIC RENTAL COMPANY IN BIOGRAD!!!

Excellent rental company. Good service, boat (élan 50) in very good condition and very well designed. We had taken a gennaker, which proved to be very useful considering the light winds. We were 9. The safety equipment could be improved a bit (inflatable vests, lifelines, portable radio), hence the 4* for compliance.
