Boat rental in Cannigione · Bali - Catana — Bali 4.3 (2018)

We ended up spending a fortune for a one day trip, where they would not even include beer or wine (just for the lunch and very limited amount): the captain and crew were very courteous, but the boat booking handler was not (Roberto). Forts of all at time of booking he recommended I didn’t purchase the “weather insurance” as he said in case of bad weather the trip would be 100 percent refunded; so that day the wether was really bad: windy and rainy especially the first 4 hours of the trip and we were all very miserable to having to go out anyhow because according to Roberto at La Maddalena it was sunny. We were not at La Maddalena of course as we were in Cannigione and he knew we would never even make it to go to La Maddalena with those weather conditions. I asked him if we would be refunded had we decided not to go out that day and he said “no I am sorry but you in t bug weather insurance and you should always buy it”. After a little bit of being on the trip, I texted him that we went out with windy and rainy conditions (that day should have totally been refunded and I have heard from many other boaters that it was impossible to go it especially in the morning and they didn’t), but I never heard back. Instead while music was playing on thw boat, a VM of him to the captain was inadvertently played on the speakers, since the captains phone was connected to them and it was Roberto making fun of me that I texted him about the weather and saying “too bad sorry anyhow she (referring to me) already paid ciaoooooo”. This is what you will have to expect booking through him!
