Dufour 425 Grand Large sailing boat rental (last refit Spring 2022). Boat with brilliant performance and elegant, modern lines that can carry up to 12 people on board but limited by the Owner to just eight guests. This boat is ideal for going out to sea for a swim or for those seeking the experience of sailing. The boat is extremely easy to handle and reliable. The boat has a large sunbathing area equipped with cushions in the bow to relax and enjoy the sea and a comfortable large cockpit with an oversized dining table where you can enjoy the company of your friends and/or family. Very large and efficient chest fridge and freezer. Second 48 liter fridge for fruit, vegetables, cold cuts and cheeses. 4 burner gas hob. Gas oven. Electric oven. Microwave oven. Large gas barbecue (approximately 85 x 40 cm) with 4 burners which allows you to cook fish, meat and vegetables directly in the cockpit. Energy on board: solar panels and wind generator with 7000 Watt inverter. USB sockets in every room and in the cockpit, TV and Radio. Navigation equipment: Plotter with fixed GPS and a second portable GPS; Radar; autopilot; fish finder. External shower with hot and cold fresh water. External sea water shower. Kayaks available for guests. 3-person tender with Torqeedo electric motor equivalent to a 3.5 horsepower petrol engine. Presence of ZEN 50 watermaker on board which allows you to enjoy the pleasure of using fresh water more freely without experiencing the discomfort of having to excessively limit yourself with consumption. Ice machine. Ewincher 2 electric handle for possibly assisted management of the four winches on board. On the Dufour 425 Grand Large boat, 3 double cabins with 6 beds and two bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower are available to guests. A fourth very large double bed can be created in the dinette by lowering the table to the height of the sofa seats. A fourth bedroom with a berth, electric toilet, sink and shower is available to the skipper. 3 kg washing machine available to guests who will thus have the possibility of reducing the number of clothes to bring on board. Possibility of mounting a protective net on the lifelines upon request. The boat is armed with Mainsail, Genoa and Gennaker. Our experience with Ennio was one of a kind! We’ve been on several charters before but never felt more welcomed by our host. He will make you feel like you’re on a trip with friends, share his expert knowledge of the area, and be a perfect host for you while in Italy. Sailing with Ennio was the highlight of our trip in Italy!
Ennio and Pascal gave us a wonderful memory that we will cherish forever. Ennio’s skill as a sailor and knowledge of the ocean and area made us all feel extremely safe and secure, allowing us all to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery. Ennio and Pascal as hosts make you feel as part of the family, even teaching you how to sail and how everything works. Ennio’s passion for sailing made this trip so much more enjoyable and memorable than we ever expected. The boat was extremely clean and well maintained. Ennio explained how everything works. We were allowed to use the kitchen to prepare some food and make espresso, even offering us his own. I recommend sailing with Ennio to anyone. It will make for a wonderful memory. We will be back for another sailing with Ennio as soon as we are able to.
The three days on the boat with Ennio were incredible. His friendliness, combined with his experience and knowledge of the sea, gave us fantastic days, enjoying the hidden gems of the Pontine Islands. His stories entertained us and took us back a few years, despite our age. We will definitely trust him again for a sailing experience; I think it's hard to ask for more!
Four intense days filled with unforgettable moments, from Gaeta to the Pontine Islands and the Phlegraean Islands, passing through spectacular locations and with a memorable sail from Ischia to Gaeta, powered by a beautiful mistral wind. We explored enchanting bays and views, barbecued on board (!), and laughed a lot while sharing stories and anecdotes. Ennio gave us autonomy, given our sailing experience, but at the same time he brought his wisdom and expert eye to every situation. We also dedicated ourselves to fishing and experienced an epic battle with a large tuna... which ultimately escaped us, but which provided a great dose of adrenaline and fun. An authentic, relaxing, and engaging vacation, the kind that stays in your memory and makes you want to go again.
Three dream days in the Pontine Islands with Ennio! We had a wonderful sailing experience, departing from Gaeta for a three-day tour of the splendid Pontine Islands, led by a truly special skipper: Ennio. From the very first moment, Ennio stood out for his overwhelming friendliness, great availability, and impeccable professionalism. Always attentive to the needs of everyone on board, he managed to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, making us feel at home... but with the sea all around us! In addition to being an expert skipper, Ennio also proved to be an exceptional cook: every meal was a real surprise, prepared with care and flavor, perfect to enjoy overlooking the sea. Ennio, thanks to his skill, allowed us to take wonderful swims in hidden coves and crystal-clear waters. His knowledge of the area and ability to adapt to sea conditions made everything perfect and safe. An experience we will cherish and recommend to anyone who wants to experience the sea in an authentic and enjoyable way. Thanks Ennio, see you on the next adventure!
Trizzy, the boat, was truly splendid, cared for in detail and perfect for experiencing the sea in freedom. But the real added value was Commander Ennio: not only very good from a technical point of view, but also a person with great human depth. Empathetic, patient and always available, he was able to transmit with passion and generosity the first rudiments of sailing, involving and making everyone feel part of the crew. After numerous difficulties with other owners we were lucky enough to come across Ennio. His Trizzy is kept with great skill and attention, equipped with solar panels and a watermaker, it is self-sufficient and does not need to be docked for days. Ideal for those who want to enjoy a few days of relaxation. But the real added value is its Commander, an exquisite person and expert sailor, who gave us 3 days of smiles, competence and total availability. It is very rare to find people capable of creating a relaxed and convivial atmosphere on board as he was able to do from the first moment. In conclusion, a really happy discovery, more than recommended. We are already planning our next cruise with him.
We booked a day with Ennio on his sailing boat to celebrate a friend's hen party, his welcome, professionalism and friendliness were unique. Wonderful experience! The boat is excellent and equipped with all comforts, ideal for 6 passengers but also easily adaptable to 8. Ennio is the real added value of the holiday with an incredible sailing experience, super available to meet all our needs as well as to teach the basics of sailing to passengers. Without forgetting the culinary skills and sympathy throughout the trip. Strongly recommended!

Ennio is a wonderful skipper. Extremely caring especially for those like us who traveled with children. Hyper available and polite, he fulfilled our every request. It allows guests to experience the boat at 360 degrees while also offering splendid sailing lessons. Finally, great chef!
What to say? It was a wonderful family vacation and our Captain integrated perfectly with us making this experience even more beautiful and interesting. The boat is a gem, carefully maintained and comfortable for up to 6 people, even 8 but less comfortably. I believe that if I do a charter in the Mediterranean ... I will look for Ennio to do it again with him and his Trizzy. Great sailor and lover of the sea, nature and the enhancement of time.
A 5-star weekend! We visited enchanting places, thanks to the great experience of the skipper Ennio who guided us among the most hidden coves! Large and comfortable boat. Ennio gave us sailing lessons and allowed us to drive the boat ???! An experience that I highly recommend !!!

Vivo costantemente in barca durante tutto l' anno fatta eccezione per brevi periodi che passo tra casa ed altre passioni. Il mare mi ha sempre attratto in modo esagerato per tutte le opportunità che offre. Oltre che navigare mi piace dedicarmi anche alla pesca e ciò permette agli ospiti a bordo di godere di momenti intensi da rispolverare nel corso dei mesi invernali con parenti ed amici. In genere non mi è difficile creare una buona intesa con gli ospiti anche perché mi diverto insieme a loro ed in questo modo non sento il peso del lavoro. Le isole Pontine e le Flegree, insieme alla Costiera Amalfitana sono le mete più richieste da chi mi contatta abitualmente perche' la barca fa base a Gaeta. Ma non ho assolutamente problemi a raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione. Per chi ama navigare ed affrontare lunghe traversate, la Sicilia e la Sardegna possono essere raggiunte comodamente in una giornata e mezza di piacevole navigazione. La mia passione per le barche è esclusivamente rivolta alla vela. Sono circa venticinque anni che navigo a vela ed ho la patente nautica senza limiti da quasi quindici anni. Ho navigato per tutto il Mediterraneo ed a novembre prossimo affrontero' l'Oceano Atlantico con la mia barca e con l' equipaggio che in questi giorni ho iniziato a selezionare.
