The boat was new, clean and well equipped. There was a missing carabiner to secure the tender which made launch and recovery difficult. I would not recommend their additional insurance package as when questioned about the policy and insurer I discovered there was no insurer or insurance policy. It was insurance through the letting agent which was not a registered insurance company. Other than that, I would recommend this boat and agent.
