It can accommodate groups of 5 people if you have children, although 4 is ideal for comfort and safety. The boat offers: - a bow sundeck - a sun awning covering half of the boat - a swim ladder - a depth sounder/GPS - a Bluetooth speaker Price excludes fuel You leave with a full tank of gas; any fuel consumed must be topped up upon your return. A nice experience, it's a shame we didn't have good weather... Decent rental company, nothing to report...
Upon arrival, the owner changed the terms of the reservation, which was noted on the website from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We arrived at 10:30 a.m., and to our surprise, the reservation was noted on the contract until 5 p.m. The boat was inspected in the water, rubbing the edges of the dock because the siding was spaced apart. We returned the boat at 6:15 p.m. and were charged for an additional 2 hours. We had touched the propeller of a neighboring boat at the dock, but the owner decided to inspect the boat out of the water and blamed us for traces on both sides of the boat related to previous incidents and had to have the work assessed in order to collect our quota. In short, a dishonest charter company. I took numerous photos of the boat, and the only trace that could justify the impact of the fire was a micro-scratch 5 cm long. I refute all claims and request photos of the boat taken today before the rental, as the rental company claims. I would like to know what procedures I should follow to assert my rights.
