Boat rental in Locmiquélic · Amateur — Turbo 1100 (2003)

We rented Manao for 15 days for 6 people. 5 would have been better because the berths in the saloon are not great (backrests that bother the shoulders) but it's okay. For the rest, it was perfect! Emmanuel kindly welcomed us, the width of the boat offers an incredible volume for this size and everything works on board. It is well equipped for coastal and offshore cruising. It sails well, does not allow a very sharp heading upwind because of the genoa rail outside the deckhouse but by bringing in the towing point with a rope, we can improve that a lot. Reefing ok, windlass ok, water reserves ok, engine ok and boat well maintained (recent sails, dinghy and its engine...). Navigation only on the plotter screen can be a bit limited offshore, a computer would be more comfortable and safer. Otherwise it's perfect!

Very seaworthy boat, very clean and very well maintained. Very well maintained and very safe engine. The pluses: Automatic helm and electric windlass. All maneuvers can be easily carried out by one person. Numerous and efficient ventilation.

No inventory on return - no exchanges with the owner on return, even after a request to be called back by telephone, which would have been a minimum! Many problems could have been mentioned such as the non-functioning of the heating and stubborn leaks (front porthole and equipped rear starboard cabin and toilet, fresh water leak not located without using the sink + the VHF which receives but cannot transmit ... Otherwise very good boat

Very good rental. The boat is great, really. Simple, effective, efficient. Comfort at anchor with everything you need. All the charts and nautical guides on board, and all the accessories which are often missing (small fittings, water connection etc.). So great, go there with your eyes closed.
