My "Trick'n'Boat" rental: €200 for 4 hours of misery A shameful experience from start to finish. Rental from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. for €200, and from the start, everything went wrong: the location was announced at Pointe Rouge, but was ultimately moved to L'Estaque at the last minute. And what about the return trip? Not even to the launch, but even further. With an elderly person and another with a disability on board, we had to carry everything on foot, unaided, in the heat. No inventory, no signed documents, no deposit provided. But afterward, I was threatened for a supposedly missing ladder... when there wasn't one on board. And as the only "relationship," the rental company simply sent me their bank details with a threat to go through the platform. No clear message, no proof, just blackmail. Unusable diving masks, stored with equipment that reeked of diesel. No ladder on board, dangerous swimming. And finally: they didn't even have anything to clean the boat for the next charter... they asked us for our beach towels to dry off! And on the way back? A different person, aggressive, intimidating, with a frankly inappropriate attitude and comments bordering on racism. At that price, we expect seriousness, not a succession of improvisations, pressure, and disrespect. Click&Boat? No real security, no serious checks. And when things go wrong, the customer is blamed. One thing is certain: never again.
