We are very happy with this charter and our stay aboard the Vega Mar. Raoul's welcome was very pleasant. He was always available when needed and very responsive in responding to our messages. The boat was perfect for our family of five. Its three cabins were very pleasant. The boat was perfect for sailing and motoring. It is very well equipped. It's simple and functional. The only minor drawback is that a fender that was torn open needs to be replaced, and some of the sheets are very worn. We can highly recommend Raúl and his Vega Mar, and if we have the opportunity, we will return.

We had a very good experience and a phenomenal day! Overall, everything was excellent, highly recommended for future travelers! The only thing we regretted was that since there wasn't much wind, we were going super slow and couldn't go very far, and we spent a lot of time leaving the marina. We didn't have access to a drone, GoPro, or professional camera, towels, fans, a refrigerator (nonfunctional; we only used a drawer to hold ice), external speakers (they didn't work), or a swim platform as advertised. The bathroom could also have been a little cleaner, and we never fully understood the toilet system, so there was a bad smell, perhaps because we used it incorrectly. But aside from these minor technicalities, we had an extremely good time, and the captain who was with us was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended to everyone!

The boat is in good condition. Raoul, who manages the boat, was lovely. He advised us on different places to stay. He didn't hesitate to drive an hour to bring us a fishing rod. The boat is relatively well maintained. However, the boat's speedometer worked half the time, and the anemone gauge didn't work at all, which was frustrating while sailing. The equipment on board is relatively complete. A fuel container for the dinghy was missing; don't hesitate to check during check-in to make sure it was there. We highly recommend this boat, as well as Raoul, who was a great help.

Renting the boat with Raúl was, without a doubt, the best part of our experience in Menorca. From the very first moment, we felt very well looked after. We had a minor mishap in Ciutadella with the battery on duty, and Raúl didn't hesitate to come and help us. He also brought us something else we needed (clothespins) that we asked for. A thoughtful touch that speaks volumes about his commitment. Furthermore, since we arrived late at night at the boarding point, he left us bottles of water in the fridge, which was a very appreciated gesture. Throughout the rental, he made sure we were well and enjoying ourselves, always available and attentive to any questions or needs. The boat sails very well. Although it's a bit old, it's well maintained, and the sails were new. The sheets and towels were clean, and everything we needed on board was in its place. Raúl is a professional who clearly does what he does with passion and care. We would rent from him again without hesitation, and we highly recommend him.

When you rent a property, transport, etc., you expect to find it in perfect condition. And unfortunately it wasn't like that. Renting a sailboat and not taking out the sail because it's broken... not playing music because the equipment is broken... the bathroom was full of hair. The fridge was full of tomatoes and eggs and didn't cool much. It was better to take one because they have it full with their things. I also didn't expect a detail that they have some water or ice although in other rented boats they had it. Improvable.

Overall everything was great. Raúl was very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately our experience was pretty bad. Through Click&Boat Raúl approved the price of €600 and hours from 10am to 8pm. However, upon arrival he asked us for €60 more, which we had to pay to be able to set sail. Once at sea, the captain (who was not Raúl) told us that the trip ended at 6:00 p.m., so I showed him the confirmation of the time by Click&Boat, and he showed me Raúl's WhatsApp in which he told him that he had to return to 6:00 p.m. Raúl sells you a report with a drone, camera, etc. in the package. There was nothing like that on the boat, then he told us that it was because there was wind... that is not true, since we had to sail with a motor due to the lack of wind. And anyway, a camera can be used without wind... It also offers you WIFI, which is not true, there is none on the boat. Snorkles.... there aren't any either. The package that mounts you looks very nice, but the reality is different. We have filed a complaint with Click&Boat, but Raúl refuses to return the €60 more that he demanded from us or compensate for the reduction in hours.

Super happy with Raúl! A very nice and kind boss. We will repeat next time!

We enjoyed the boating! The price is different than proposed, but communicated in a timely manner. The skipper spent a lot of time on his phone, but perhaps he was unsure about the English language, which he spoke enough, by the way. The skipper had his own food, so that was left over because, according to the suggestion of Click&Boat, we had arranged that for him too. We had a great time and sailed the boat ourselves.

He took us to the most hidden and beautiful coves of the island where we could enjoy the magnificent crystal clear waters of the island with all the diving equipment and the paddle that he provided us. Raúl is very friendly and we really enjoy his company. He gave us many tips on places to visit and restaurants. The tour itself could have been much better. I have experience with sailboats and the speed at which the boat went was too slow and that prevented me from seeing more beaches. In this aspect, the tour was far below my expectations.

Raúl, his son, could not come with us, but he was a charm with all the instructions he gave us the day before and in the reception the same day. Without a doubt we will repeat!!!

We had a great day at sea with José Antonio and his son Raoul. They were charming and very welcoming. The boat conforms to the description. Unfortunately, there wasn't really any wind so we mostly used the engine, which was a bit of a shame, but those are the vagaries of the sailboat!! We would have liked perhaps more exchanges at the start on our destination wishes for the day and on the possibilities offered on board. Otherwise, we were very happy.

Good experience with Jose Antonio and his son Raul. We spent a beautiful day in the south of the island of Menorca. We visited a cove where we could snorkel and paddle surf. Raul is a helpful and caring person. We missed the possibility of stopping in some more cove to visit different places although we had a good time in the one we were in and we were able to do various activities. A pity that we could not start the sail due to a problem on board with the ropes. Recommended and good price.
