Boat rental in Olbia · Beneteau — Oceanis 40 (2022)

The booking service through Click&Boat went very well, as soon as I selected the boat I was contacted by a consultant from the agency who supported me in finding the solution that best suited our needs. Unfortunately, the same promptness was not there in the moments following the payment, Click&Boat and the charter agency that rented us the boat, I understand, have really poor communication. We, at the time of booking, purchased insurance, which we had to repay with the charter agency as they were not aware of anything and Click&Boat never responded to give me information. The boat was confirmed with the descriptions on the site, personally I found it a bit uncomfortable and not very comfortable, a few more cushions and sun loungers would have been enough... too bad. Furthermore, the boat seemed quite clean upon our arrival, but by the end of the holiday we were all covered in skin dermatitis probably due to the mattresses. The charter agency was however available to provide us with additional sheets for the last night spent in port.
