Really nice people and a relaxing way to spend your day at sea.
My family rented a boat for a pleasant day of boating along the coast. First I must mention that the young staffers at this business are all exceptionally helpful and kind. The owner is frankly rude, unprofessional, and disinterested in his clients safety or wellbeing. The winds picked up during our day of boating and we received no warning of this impending increase in risky weather by text or otherwise. As we drove the boat back the canopy which we had never opened once during the day ( the wind would have carried up away like a kite if we had) detached entirely from the boat and scratched my twelve year old with the metal screws before flying into the water behind us so my child was left bleeding and shaken. Upon our return the owner yelled at us that the canopy loss was our fault and that we were lying that it was closed ( we were filming the entire time) ( It was clearly closed and with the rest of our footage from the day you can see it was never opened a single time). The owner left to round up the rest of the boats as the weather was deteriorating. Upon his return he told us that he would keep our deposit. We asked him how this was our responsibility as we safely operated the boat and the screws clearly came loose on his canopy injuring my child. He replied that once the boat leaves the harbor he has no responsibility at all and anything that happens ( implying that even if they are the result of poor maintenance on his part) are our responsibility. He told us we were getting off easy by losing only 600 euros as he would have to pay more for the canopy. He did not mention that he has insurance which he is required to by Click and Boat. When we attempted to show him our videos showing the incident he refused to look at them and accused us again of lying or changing the footage. We showed his staff member the footage 2 minutes after coming off the water so that would have been quite an editing feat. My daughter was treated for her injuries by his kind staff. Ivan never asked once about her well being despite the fact that she had bandages down the length of her leg while we discussed the deposit. We showed him a photo of the exact location where the canopy detached and he told us he would send divers to look for it after repeatedly telling us that we were lying about where it happened. Finally he told us he would send divers and be in touch the next day. He has not communicated with us since. It was an unnecessarily negative experience. There are many boat rental companies in Palamos. Go elsewhere.
Brilliant service delivered by Ivan resulted in unforgettable experience cruising along Costa Brava coast on a super comfortable boat. Great communication, hassle free service and a full bucket of wonderful memories! All these makes me want to comeback again to Ivan later this summer! 😎

You are only allowed to sail a few meters with the boat. This is not indicated anywhere. Also the staff is rude. Especially Ivan he acts like you are a criminal. Find another boat in Palamós!
Scammed! First of all misinformed. Then agreed with Ivan on cancellation but kept on the line about the refund. Click&Boat doesn't work on weekends etc. Nothing came and when I asked again I was blocked. Subsequently, the owner has now been paid and I lost my money, 350 euros!

Everything is great. But the deposit is charged 600 not 500. That at the end they return it to you at the moment. All very good in general.
The boat is great, there is a comfortable place to sit and a special space to store the things you bring. I would say that it is more for 5 people + all the things you bring (refrigerator, food, etc.). We were 5 adults and we were comfortable. Gasoline in the end cost us about 17 euros, but it is true that we did not sail much. Driving the boat is very simple, the most complicated is the anchoring. I really liked that we always saw the staff browsing around all the beaches where the clients were to see if everything was ok. That builds a lot of confidence. In fact, the sea that day was somewhat choppy and the staff was always attentive. As a point of improvement, we miss more explanation about the handling of the frame, anchorage above all and recommendations of how far we can go and coves that can be visited. In general, I really liked the experience and I would repeat it without a doubt!
It was a very great day with a very nice boat ?. Ivan welcomed us very nicely, we felt very comfortable. We can only recommend it, will definitely book Ivan again for our next vacation. Thank you ☺️

After half a day we went to sea, irresponsible to go out to sea with this boat. Can't get a refund, unfortunately.
The final price was not €237, when Ivan arrived on request plus €50, and then €25 of diesel...it's a scam!!! I do not recommend...another anchor was too small for the length of this boat, it was difficult to anchor...I have not been able to enjoy any cove

The boat is very good. Wide, big and runs quite a bit. It is comfortable. The canopy was a bit broken and was difficult to put on and take off. The treatment received has not been bad but it could have been better. Days before the reservation I stopped receiving a response from the host and once there we felt a little alone, especially when it came to mooring the boats. Overall good experience but with things to improve!
The boat was very good and the staff was very attentive and helping unmooring tasks. The only drawback has been the chat messaging app that does not work and the owner did not answer my questions. I was missing a bit of information the day before the pick-up and contract of the boat. Everything else perfect!
All good, very nice boys. The perfect boat. Maybe it lacks a folding table or more comfort for "picknik" but otherwise very well, the truth is that for price I expected more type of a chanquete boat and I was surprised. ?????
