We had booked for 8 but were surprised when we arrived that the boat was for 6... I think it's a problem with the site because the legislation does not allow you to drive boats without a license if there are more than 6 people. And important advice, don't approach from the sides, especially my first cove, otherwise you'll do like us and damage the fin and lose your deposit.... all this is not clearly explained on the Palamos maps and it's unfortunate after a great afternoon on the water to end up with a loss of 600 euros of deposit....

Be very careful with what I am going to comment on, we were foolish and they took away the €600 deposit. When we arrived at the office they made us sign the contract as they gave us the boat ok, innocent of me I signed it without seeing it. When we got on, a guy showed us how the gears were going and where the anchor was, at no time the state of the engine and also told us not to get the engine on the boat at any time, that it was not necessary. When we took the boat an engine error came out and foolish of us we didn't take pictures of it, what was it going to cost us then!! We were with the boat, well, a disaster to handle it but you get the hang of it quickly, our surprise was when we arrived to deliver the boat. Before everyone got off the boat, there was already a boy raising the engine and saying that we had broken it, that we had broken a fin and the propellers (we were looking at the propellers when we were anchored, out of curiosity, and they were already scratched) and without show us the engine or anything, (obviously the guy who taught us about the gears said that he had taught us, but he hasn't) he told us that we had lost the deposit. €600 ???? Having already an engine failure before going up? Without showing us the engine before leaving? Smells a bit weird, doesn't it? Like a thief Then we put out a claim form and Ivan came 3 times to apply pressure saying that if we did it through the OCU it would be worse for us. Excuse me, is it a threat? often unpresentable

The boat was in very good condition, there was enough space and it was easy to steer. Unfortunately we were only allowed to drive north and then only up to a 15min. distant cove Cala des Conyers, which contradicts the recommended Cala Estreta. When we were moored in the admittedly beautiful bay, the boss came by with a boat every 30-45 minutes to check, which was very annoying. When we returned the boat, we then had to pay a flat rate of €21 for fuel for the total of approx. 30 mi. actual journey with a 15hp boat. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this rental.

The boat is what I expected, just like in the photo, very comfortable and spacious within its possibilities, but the ladder is broken, which is something you have to use if you take a bath, yes or yes, and it was a bit difficult to get on the boat because It was only supported by a screw, but well, it is a lesser evil and with a simple screw it can be fixed, but I have to say that I have lacked much more attention when it comes to explaining how the boat works, how and where you can throw the anchor, and how much rope to let go, apart from other things, I also highlighted that the receptionist could have a little closeness and attention to the client for what the boat costs, if you read this comment that you know that you can improve the attention but a lot, take out the contract, collect and bye, and when the deposit is returned you can inform the client how much gasoline has been spent so that he knows that the deposit will be deducted... I don't know the girl for customer service 0, I had taken a boat It was similar elsewhere and gasoline was included but hey, I'm not complaining about that, just the treatment of the company, I would take a boat of this style a thousand times over, the experience is worth it but not with this company, there are many and for the same reason price you leave with a much better feeling with the deal.

Unfortunately, Ivan turned out to be a scammer on other counts as well. Due to bad weather we could only sail half a day. We would receive a refund for the non-hazardous hours. Well not. Where he responded within 2 minutes when booking, it took 5 emails (4 friendly, then slightly less friendly) in 3 days before an answer was received. He was sorry and would take action. Six days later, emailed again. I was back home, but a friend wasn't yet. Did he want to solve it with him? Answer: he would call the police for threats (I emailed that friend would come by and solve it). In short, a very sour aftertaste of a great (half) day of sailing. Recommended? Yes. But never pay more than the morning in advance. You can always move on afterwards.
