The communication with Click&Boat was confusing and incomplete in places. Only from Scansail did I receive the boarding pass 3 days before arrival. It was only after reading all the old emails that I realized what you meant by the term "rental with Katica's boat". To be honest, you have seemed too casual, too impersonal and too erratic to me so far.
