The skipper was not so good, but the hostess was an absolute disaster, completely ruined our week. She was untidy, dirty, disorganized and couldn’t understand a word of what we were saying. She invaded personal space and even made physical contact with our family, as if she forgot she was working. Drank beer, smoked cigarettes and went out at night. Wouldn’t recommend renting a charter boat. Last year we went on a permanent crewed yacht which was a completely different experience. To end the week, we were greeted with a broken piece of stored luggage back at base (which of course wasn’t refunded). The company responsible for the charter was NSS. Finally , regarding only the boat alone, it was a very nice boat, comfortable, brand new. But the crew can change the whole experience.
