The boat was not in top shape. Everything demanded a lot of maintenance. The ropes were destroyed, which made sailing difficult.
Ithaka is a beautiful boat, easy to handle and seaworthy. Mathieu's trust is an asset.
We rented Matthieu's Loceanis for a week in early September. Everything went very well. Mathieu is very responsive and helpful, both before and during the cruise. The boat is very well equipped for cruising; nothing is lacking for daily use. Despite the somewhat unpredictable weather with a strong gale, we loved our week. The boat is in good condition.

We spent 8 days, three of us, on board Ithaca. The boat is well equipped with good batteries to be autonomous in electricity. Matthieu is really attentive and accommodating. In short, to be repeated.
Very good boat, easy to use in all conditions, good engine in case of calm, Matthieu the owner is very nice and accommodating. The boat is over 20 years old, so it is no longer new and has sailed quite a bit but it's okay. The port of Ajaccio is well placed to start a navigation.
Mathieu is very friendly, he brought me the watch jacket that I had forgotten on his sailboat to the ferry dock! His sailboat is fine, it goes well upwind, we even reached 8 knots downwind! Too bad there is no anemometer or sprayhood!
Hello. Very friendly and responsive owner. I rented the boat for a short coastal stay. Everything went well. Boat meets expectations. A little extra to highlight: the electric annex motor which allows you to approach the beach in silence! Rigging in good condition but a few details to improve (passage of reefing lines). Engine without problems. In terms of kitchen and sanitary comfort: everything works well. I only put 4 stars on maintenance and comfort to say that it is not a new boat. Check with the owner if you want to go on an offshore crossing, that the offshore equipment is on board. Happy sailing!
Great experience on Ithaka. The boat is old and has some malfunctions but nothing that compromises navigation or safety on board. The boat is very easy to handle, goes upwind well and allows you to have fun sailing. Matthieu is very good at giving advice and is accommodating on schedules.
Excellent welcome from Mathieu. Very nice sailboat which deserves some small improvements (large storage, tired hawsers, optimize the dishes). Ideal sailboat for cruising in Corsica for 4.
