The trip was well organised, the food selection was very good! We got a nice amount of time at each destination, and the boat was well looked after. Big shout out to the crew staff, they were brilliant. What a brilliant day and a well-organised Charter. Thank you!
Pleasant day charter with excellent crew.
We had a lovely time for a day charter, although we had some bad luck with the weather on our day out. Teddy along with the crew were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the cruise. We went to James Bond island and kayaking to another spot in the bay which was beautiful and a very unique experience. Couple of minor points to improve on would be the off putting smell that comes from restrooms and permeates in the interior of the cabin. Our lunch was initially served cold, however after bringing this to the team attention, this was immediately resolved. Overall would highly recommend :D
From start to finish, our boat trip was flawlessly organized, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey. The boat itself was pristine, offering comfort and all the necessary amenities for our adventure. The onboard staff were exceptional - kind, professional, and focused on our safety and comfort throughout. Matt, the owner, provided invaluable advice on our itinerary, maximizing our time on the water. Overall, it was a day of laughter, relaxation, and unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking a perfect day out on the water.
We did a 3 nights/2 day excursion with 4 guests and it was the most luxurious trip. The communication leading up to the weekend was timely, clear and Matt was excellent support with organizing the whole trip - everything from the pick-up transfer, to the boat's route. The boat was so nice, clean and in perfect condition. The captain and staff were incredible! The food was one of our favorite parts of the whole weekend. We had zero complaints as a group and everything exceeded our expectations. We will do this kind of trip again in a heart beat!
From the first interaction to the end of the trip Matt made the experience seamless. I booked two day trips, both were amazing and memorable. Very smooth from the pick up at the hotel to the day trip itinerary. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have a bespoke and unique experience whilst in Thailand. Matt has facilitated some amazing memories that are priceless.
Overall the boat was a lot of fun, however the booking is done with multiple different companies that had terrible communication. The transfer to and from the boat was a train wreck. I would suggest booking your own transfer if working with Matt. I generally expect a higher level of service when booking these types of trips.
