We had a pretty good stay on board. However, we are very very very disappointed with the state of the boat: 1- one of the toilets was broken the entire stay. Letting out a horrible smell throughout the entire stay. And preventing the occupants of this boat from having the necessary comfort. The children had to sleep 2 nights in the salt pan. Which I find unacceptable. Not to mention that we lost a day to let the repair team intervene. And nothing was repaired in the end 2- we had to leave the boat for 3 hours one morning to let repairmen come and fix the toilets but without any results in the end. The whole boat was flooded with a horrible smell. 3- the gas stove was broken. Mower broken down. The oven barely worked 4- the cleaning of the boat left something to be desired. Very average 4- the condition of the armchairs outside is very average, torn. 5- no equipment to clean the boat: no cloth or broom, nothing In short, at the very high rental price we expected impeccable service and a more than impeccable condition of the boat and this was not at all the case. I wrote to the owner. No answer. Disappointing. I therefore expect a gesture from Click&Boat to repair our discomfort. A commercial gesture from you is expected with a reimbursement of part of the boat to compensate for our discomfort because the contract was not agreed on your part
