Good morning You insist that I leave a review, in general I don't really like leaving a negative review, but here I really have to tell you what's on my heart. First of all, out of the 6 people on board the boat, we are the 6 who have the license, including 2 people with the offshore license. All this to tell you that we are not novices. We have been renting a boat every year for more than 20 years in the four corners of the world, but for the first time with you. I know that what I am going to tell you there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, but the agency you are going through is to be avoided, in fact I went to their site and I saw that what happened to us We're not the first to have this happen. Everything went really well for the check, in fact it was done at lightning speed without even raising the sails, we also have our responsibility for certain things because we trusted too much and looked poorly. 1st the gas bottle is empty after a day, we take the spare which of course did not last for the 15 days of rental and it is impossible to resupply us with gas on the islands. Everywhere we were told there weren't any... in short, the last 5 days there was no way to heat anything!!!! 2nd the gasoline jerrycan in the annex which was supposed to be full was not. There was only a quarter of the can left, we found gasoline, that's not the problem but it shouldn't have been the case. 3rd we take out the sails, everything is ok and first tack the jib unhooks, a piece was missing on the starboard side, also with some DIY we still managed to use the sails but of course not in the way we expected. would have liked, and fortunately there was almost no wind. The 15 days pass then comes the return, When checking out the person takes out the sails I show him the missing part he is sorry, a diver goes under the boat then we go to the office to collect our deposit, this is where things take a different turn. We are told that a blade is missing from the bow thruster propeller and that there is a scratch on the front end of the boat. Having a boat myself I can tell you that I am more than meticulous and respectful of the material I can certify that we did not touch anything, and that the scratch was there. For the thruster I can of course prove nothing, it didn't occur to me to dive to check, as I tell you we've been renting boats for 20 years and never had this problem on the way back. It won't happen to me again, I'll go through the water before taking it, well, never again with this agency anyway, besides, check out the negative reviews, I'm not the first person they've done this to. This is how to pocket €750 on the backs of others because I assure you it wasn't us. I break I pay but there!!!!
