Boat rental in Lorient · Beneteau — First 40.7 (1998)

We spent four days with Thibaut on his boat. It was a discovery for us with our two children, aged 8 and 11. The boat is well-maintained, clean, and sails very well! Thibaut shared his passion and knowledge with us, and introduced us to the joys of sailing, as well as the challenges (weather, equipment), which he managed calmly. The sailing trips between Lorient/Locmiquélic, Belle-Île, Houat, and Quiberon were truly enjoyable, and four days was a suitable length. Thibaut is very patient and knowledgeable with everyone, including the children! A truly wonderful time!

We had a wonderful trip between Belle Île and Hedic. Thibaut is a great owner, who showed us the beauty of this magnificent region and taught us a lot about sailing and navigation. The boat is in excellent condition, very fast, and has a complete set of sails (jib, code zero, spinnaker). We highly recommend it to everyone!

3 days of sailing with Thibaut and his daughter Luna, very friendly Discovering the Glenans and Groix with the family To do again!

We had a wonderful day at sea as a family with our two-year-old on board. Thibaut is very educational and attentive. The boat is comfortable and in excellent condition. A superb experience around Groix!

We spent a week as a family (4 children 7, 12, 14, 15 years old) aboard the Saint Pol, skippered by Thibault. A superb cruise! Thibault accompanied us in this discovery for part of the family by adapting the navigation and destinations to everyone's expectations. The boat is very well maintained and clean. Thibault is very reassuring and has a lot of experience. I recommend without hesitation!

Everything was great! Thibaut is an excellent captain, very attentive to his guests who can, if they wish, become real teammates! After a reminder or learning of the safety rules inherent to any sailing trip, Thibaut will study the weather with you and will try to find out your deepest aspirations for the hours or days you will have to spend together! You prefer long voyages, cabotage, sleeping in port or at anchor… Let him know, he will offer you a unique program that you will not soon forget. Thank you Thibaut for these days spent together on the Saint-Pôl so different from each other, but all great (well except for the 1st where it didn't stop raining - but in your yellow raincoat, at the price of your laptop, you did great ??)

The First 40.7 is very well maintained and equipped with a Gennaker which allowed us to have a superb navigation between Les Glenans and Belle ile between 7 and 8 knots with 12 to 15 knots of wind. Thibault knows his boat very well and is very pleasant. We had the dolphin guarantee which was fully fulfilled with dolphins encountered at least twice a day over 3 days, a joy. Thibaut followed our (very) busy schedule with good will and good humor. A great weekend. We recommend.

We sailed for 2 days and 1 night, as a family (children aged 8 and 11), on Thibaut's sailboat. The experience was perfect, a superb discovery and introduction to sailing.
