Overall rating
The boat was nicely cleaned and generally in good condition, but it wasn’t well-maintained, and communication throughout the process was poor. It’s also worth noting that the port has no facilities, and access involves a ~300 meter walk down a gravel road from the parking area. The listing didn’t mention any sailing distance limitations, but the contract stated we could only sail 3 nautical miles from the coast. We were then told we’d need to pay extra for a life raft to go farther, which they no longer had available. Fortunately, the Click&Boat agent intervened and convinced them to provide a raft. Check-in was delayed until the following day because the process was so slow. During check-in, we were told the bow thruster wasn’t working and that we had supposedly been informed earlier—this was not the case. They sent two mechanics who spent over two hours trying to fix it. They eventually gave up, but after running a final check, the thruster suddenly started working again. They said they had “restarted the computer.” and it’s all safe and good. One of the stairs on the boat’s top deck collapsed under me while I was simply standing on it. It was clear the step had been previously damaged and poorly repaired. Initially, they tried to charge me for the damage, but after a difficult discussion, they offered a “discount” at checkout instead. The outboard chock was also broken, which they failed to mention. At checkout, one of the staff had a replacement part in his pocket, clearly indicating they were aware of the issue. We also noticed water leaking inside the boat near the keel bolts, which had apparently not been repaired well. When I reported it, they responded by saying, “If nothing happened in the last three days, nothing will happen now—sail calmly!”
Reception, cleanliness and maintenance not up to standard. Everything is done by message, zero relationship with the dock staff
