Seattle is a great for boating in the summer when the weather isnt rainy. I Highly suggest cruising around lake union and taking in the sights of the city in the evening after a hot summer's day. Theres lots of other friendly boaters out and the city scape makes a perfect backdrop to a sunset.

Great city, go and dock at Ivars on Lake Union they have an awesome location right on the lake and free docking. While there you can eat and also use the bathroom. Makes for a great destination of break along the way during your boat rental. Also check out White Swan on South Lake Union. They have three slips open for customers and amazing food!
