No! Avoid this owner! Zero stars, just like the owner Cris's seriousness and honesty! A shocking experience! Without warning, the skipper provided by the owner took us on board with the tender on a boat that wasn't the one we had rented according to the contract on Click&Boat!! (GOA2 instead of NORA). The generator was out of order and smoked and stinked at every attempt. The skipper (a super kind and compassionate person) told us they would come early the next morning to fix it (which never actually happened). The catamaran's interior was practically dilapidated, with dirt everywhere (even some towels were missing). I remember that the welcome service, including cleaning, costs a whopping €650 (!) At this point, a series of messages began via Click&Boat and then via WhatsApp with the owner Cristina of Papillon Charter, where we noted all the "non-compliance" of the rented vessel compared to the ad on the website: 1) the reservation and contract were for the boat called NORA, however, the boat actually delivered was the GOA2 (an older boat and without a restyling). 2) this change was not communicated in any way, much less agreed upon. 3) the amenities listed in the ad for the rented boat were not present: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave (the air conditioning was removed from the ad only after we reported it); 4) Upon boarding, the generator wasn't working, and therefore the watermaker couldn't function. 4) The boat didn't have full diesel and water tanks, so we had to refill them the next day at the port of Sant'Antony, wasting time. 5) The watermaker filter was clearly dirty and needed replacing. We stayed the night on the catamaran with a "reserve" (we couldn't have done otherwise, at 10 pm). In light of these discrepancies, the day after the rental began, an agreement was reached with the owner, Cristina, to continue the rental, conditional on the refund of €1,500.00, providing my IBAN to make the payment. A month later, today, September 23rd, this payment has never been made!! And in response to my requests via support at Click&Boat (with no results), the owner Cris even falsely claimed to have made the payment by twice sending fake proof of transfers, which were never made! The first time due to a "technical error," the second time is unknown. What a scam! What a disgrace! It borders on criminal charges.

We were a group of 10 and we loved it. Everything very good.
